Tottenham Hotspur - Manchester City

Match Preview

Manchester City has chance go tthe top of Premier League, after Arsenal failed to win against Southampton. Radically different plans have Spurs. After coming of Tim Sherwood team is playing much better and have not lost in 10 games. London side knows that Liverpool won in the Merseyside Derby and Manchester United also took three points, so for them losing will be very bad and problematic for the future chances in the fight for fourth place. Anyway City is the favourites in this game, cause Manuel Pellegrini's boys are in the marvelous form. We can predict that it will be very interesting and dramatic game with many goals, because both teams are playing attacking football and they need points.

Tottenham will be once again without Andros Townsend and Erik Lamela. Samir Nasri returned to training earlier than it was expected but he can't play yet. James Milner and Javi Garcia are still injured. Alvaro Negredo is fit after overcoming shoulder injury. So Pellegrini can count on Negredo and on Sergio Aguero. Of course there is Edin Dzeko too. Sherwood have his beloved and City's former player Emmanuel Adebayor as a jocker.

Statistics
City have scored 17 goals in their last five matches against Spurs, but Tottenham have lost just 1 of their last 10 home games against Manchester City and won 7(!).
Manuel Pellegrini's side is unbeaten in 19 games (scoring 64 goals in this period).
Emmanuel Adebayor scored 5 goals in 7 matches and he already matched his whole last season's tally in the Premier League.

Probable Formations
Tottenham: Lloris - Walker, Chiriches, Dawson, Nastasic - Sandro, Dembele, Bentaleb - Eriksen, Adebayor, Lennon
City: Hart - Zabaleta, Kompany, Nastasic, Kolarov - Navas, Fernandinho, Yaya Toure, Silva -  Aguero, Negredo

Match Preview

There are some changes at Chelsea  - Juan mata and Kevin De Bruyne left. First will play in  Manchester united and the second went to Wolfsburg. But there is a new signing too - Mohamed Salah - player from Basel which scored against Chelsea in the Champions League. There of course  is Samuel Eto'o too.

West Ham has serious crisis and seek help in Italian newcomers. Hammers seal loan deals with Milan and Roma about  Antonio Nocerino and Marco Boriello. We must wait and see if these players can help team and personally Sam Allardyce, who is in the verge of sacking. But take point at Stamford Bridge seems mission impossible for visitors.

Manchester United-Cardiff City

Match Preview

It's a very intriguing match. Two big things will happen in Old Trafford - debut of Manchester United's most expensive player Juan Mata and returning of team legend Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as a Cardiff manager. Mata will play in his native position as a playmaker, what means that Wayne Rooney will return inn front lines and will play as a striker. Everyone is interested how will do together and what kind of connection and partnership will be among the Mata and Ronney. Spanish is in optimistic mood and says that this team can return in first four and qualify for Champions League.

Cardiff is laying in the bottom and needs points. But it will be hard to take at least a point at Old Trafford, may it could be easier in the other circumstances but not now - when Manchester needs points for itself. Welsh side made some transfers. Last of them was buying Norwegian forward Inge Berget with whom Solskjaer was working at Molde. We also may see debut of Kenwyne Jones if the deals with Stoke will be done. Let's  see how this newcomers will change situation  in the club and maybe with their help Cardiff will overcome crisis.
