Manchester United-Cardiff City

Match Preview

It's a very intriguing match. Two big things will happen in Old Trafford - debut of Manchester United's most expensive player Juan Mata and returning of team legend Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as a Cardiff manager. Mata will play in his native position as a playmaker, what means that Wayne Rooney will return inn front lines and will play as a striker. Everyone is interested how will do together and what kind of connection and partnership will be among the Mata and Ronney. Spanish is in optimistic mood and says that this team can return in first four and qualify for Champions League.

Cardiff is laying in the bottom and needs points. But it will be hard to take at least a point at Old Trafford, may it could be easier in the other circumstances but not now - when Manchester needs points for itself. Welsh side made some transfers. Last of them was buying Norwegian forward Inge Berget with whom Solskjaer was working at Molde. We also may see debut of Kenwyne Jones if the deals with Stoke will be done. Let's  see how this newcomers will change situation  in the club and maybe with their help Cardiff will overcome crisis.
