Manchester
United - Sunderland
Match Preview
David Moyes is in serious trouble and knows that he needs win
this match. Manchester United will be without captain Nemanja Vidic, he
is suspended for three games, after red card in the game with Chelsea. Main bad
news is that Wayne Rooney may miss out this match too. Besaides this Robin van
Persie and Patrice Evra are doubt... So Moyes have some real problems. Red
Devils position in the Premierleague is not good and they must try do better on
other tournaments, for example in the League Cup. Manchester must win with
better scoreline than 2:1 - they lost at "light stadium" 1:2. After
beating West Ham, Manchester City is waiting his opponent in the final, which
will be played in Wembley.
For Sunderland this season is difficult, but after apointment of Gustavo Poyet team is playing much better and their is only one step left before final and from Europa League ticket. Uruguayan is ambitious and his team will fight till the end but it will not be easy match at Old Trafford, but visitors can dream at the Theatre of Dreams. Steven Fletcher is a doubt, because of Achilles injury. Keiren Westwood and Carlos Cuellar are again sidelined. "We must be mentally strong and try to do our best" - tells Poyet.
